Clinton,
Elizabeth Pate, 96, of 608 HB Lewis Road, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at her home surrounded by her family.
Funeral service will be held 6 PM, Friday, April 19th at Clinton Community Church with Rev. Bill Cotton and Rev. Mark Fields officiating. Interment to follow in the Clinton City Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour before the funeral service at Clinton Community Church.
Elizabeth, born October 26, 1927 in Sampson County, was the daughter of the late Lonnie Rackley, Sr. and Nettie Hairr Rackley. She was a member of Miller’s Chapel PFWB Church. She worked in the apparel industry. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by daughter Kimberly Pate, and siblings Esther Bradshaw, Lonnie Rackley and Louis Rackley.
Survivors include: daughters, Paula Williams and husband Jamie and Pamela Pate; grandchildren, Haley Custy (Cameron) and Austin Williams (Megan); great-grandchildren, Judah Williams and Ashe Custy; sister-in-law, DeLynn Rackley; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Miller’s Chapel PFWB Church.
